How do I track my order?
 

We are using SmartPac delivery via Singpost which has a tracking number. We will inform you of the tracking number once we have dropped off the items. SmartPac delivery are usually between 3 - 5 working days.

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We are using SmartPac delivery via Singpost for our delivery. Should you require other urgent method, do contact us and we will try to arrange a faster delivery of the items to you.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Our items usually go through a very strict QC process before delivery to you. Items are also packed in a secure packaging. Should the item(s) reach you damaged, do contact us with a screenshot of the damaged area. We do not replace an item due to wear and tear or mishandling of the product.

How can I contact your couriers?
 

You may contact Singapost at +65 6841 2000 for quiries of your items. For courier services, we will provide the contact number after handing over the items to the dispatch riders.

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

We do provide International delivery. Charges will be known upon confirmed orders.

Out of Stock items?

As we are stockist and a wholesaler, most (if not all) of our products are readily available. There maybe occassions where some items maybe sold out. Do drop us a message, to enquire on its next availability or if the items are no longer being manufactured.
